3. Shipping Costs for Returns

• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or the return is a result of an error on our part (e.g., wrong size or item).
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refunds
